I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Every Kokoualush product is handmade to order in Canada. Please allow 4–7 business days for us to whip, pour, and pack your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us at info@kokoualush.ca.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 3–5 business days with our flat-rate shipping, or Next Day Delivery if you order before 12pm Mon–Fri. United States & international: delivery time depends on the option you choose at checkout — express options arrive within a few days, economy options can take 1–3 weeks.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Canadian orders over $75 ship free. US orders over $180 also qualify for free shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel with no penalty any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but our Refund Policy has you covered for eligible returns.
I entered an incorrect address — what do I do?
Contact us at info@kokoualush.ca (or reply to your order confirmation email) as soon as possible. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After 24 hours, or once the order has shipped, we're unable to change the address or offer a refund for an incorrect address.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
We're so sorry! Email info@kokoualush.ca with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.
