Hi, I'm Alicia. I created Kokoualush as a natural alternative to heal my son Kobe's eczema after prescription creams full of steroids and parabens did more harm than good. I researched the healing benefits of natural butters and started making something gentle enough for his delicate skin. In six months his skin completely transformed, and everyone wanted to know my secret.
